This Is Goodbye.

This only a snippet of what is inside...Just a peek.

If the world knew of I would it use me so?

If the world knew of pain would it bring peace to my soul?

I looked up to your intellect, your smile, and yet you used me

Just like Them.  Just like those men--no! boys of ignorance!

You showed me compassion like they and you took it right back!

You grabbed my heart like they did

--Oh why did I not see this coming?!--

and you ripped it out in one jagged motion!

You stuffed it into a blender, set it to pulse and to turn it to liquid!!

You blended it to just that, heated it up to a boiling

And forced me to guzzle it down--JUST LIKE THEM!

You are no different...You are the same as They.

As the men boys who defile women and rape their emotions so.

You have done me harm, and you can never repair what you have done.

Live with the guilt like I do and find the dreams you wish for

I know I can never be those dreams nor anything else you'd like me to be

But...........This is goodbye.  It was nice while it lasted.....Goodbye.
