Toy Box. (Version 1).

Toy Box. (Version 1).

A Poem by xXxCynicalWarsxXx

Dark hours and empty chairs,
A room and bleak stare's,
I thought we settled this matter.

I was not on your team,
Highly unable to fulfill your prophecy,
And just a pest, your words exact.

I knew those wooden floors
Were not as sturdy as before,
But I shoved your zombie legs to walk.

It is not my doing you fell,
Far over your weakened heels,
To keep me so close to your aroma.

Violet eyes and burning timber,
I am not She who lit those embers
To create your vast ocean.

Creaking and whining in your head,
It is half past twelve, you should be in bed,
And I should not go.

You want me to stay in this room,
Of haste and utter gloom;
But I settled this matter.

I am just another doll you lost.
