Southern Lights: American Nightmare.A Poem by xXxCynicalWarsxXx09-07-2012
Oh god, why, why is this happening?
I never asked for this! The cerise falling down the white spaces Filling the cracks you covered with band aids; Oh she hurt you but that was so long ago! Why do you look at me like I am a ghost? The gree cobwebs never killed anyone before And that violent nightmare wasn't mine! I never laid a hand on you! There's a gun in my hand and a bullet in your head, But you still scream purple moons at my sight. No heartless being am I we swore it true! So what the f**k have I done to you?! © 2012 xXxCynicalWarsxXx |
