A Poem by Huw

Poets come

and poets go

poets aren't born

but poets die.

poets breath

but not in rhyme

the poets heart beats

but not in time

poets love

but not

without words

poets hate

profoundly

poets are lost

and hope that words

will find them

poets sometimes get found

then the whole world

will read all about it.

There is so much truth to this! Poets do have their own living style, they come and go. I love the way you formatted this, it made it flow well and it was easy to read. Short and sweet, but comes to a point we all cannot deny. Great job :)

Fantastic Huw. Loved it and how you gave respect to all the poets out there. Let not their works be in vain.

Everyword in you poem is true.
What you are saying about poets is really inspiring.
Those words makes poets the greatest when coming to words.
Great poet-tribute to poets.

Keep doing the god job Huw.

I've been commenting on someone's drawings for a couple of months and she asked if I was a published poet. It made me laugh because I'd left school at 13 years old and never completed formal education.. more..
