Half a HeartA Poem by Hutch![]() waiting on fate![]() dusty faded love letters on the dash of an old truck rusting away in a pasture of spring daffodils inscriptions of young hearts with beautiful dreams always in my heart and on my mind
her beautiful eyes were blue like an april sky hair soft as mare tail clouds on a windy day a voice so soothing like a gentle midnight breeze her peaceful heart always warms my heart
every few years we reach out in troubled times to each other with a call or letter one heart breaks... one trys to mend then all goes quiet once again
maybe next time we will run to each other going for broke...tossing everything to the wind like chasing fate.....before it's too late © 2014 HutchReviews
