Please stop the war with Iraq

My family lives there

There is no rational reason to continue the war

There is no point left

People who are amazingly innocent are getting killed for everything they have not done

My family were amost dead form a bomb being so close to their house

I cannot stop this war but please

Stop killing innocent Iraqi people

I am a proud Iraqi and it hurts to see this happen

USA,

You should be ashamed of yourself

Your are not protecting your country

Enough is Enough

I hate George Bush for doing such a thing to a country that wanted no problem and chaos

He has started all this bullshit

He brain washed most people in USA

Telling them we are all terrorists

You started this; not us innocent people

as a person living in this hot area of the world, let me say, wars are not supposed to end in our region since oil is still found here. i had many poems about iraq and conflict in all the area but you know? i have stopped writing about it because i felt it is useless..

I often feel that way about war in general, and I admire the honest way you put it all in a poem. I agree with you, my family lived outside of the USA while Busch was president, and we were very. . . surprised. . . at what we found when we came back.

Honest and emotional, based on what you feel. I noticed that on the day of the Boston bombing over 55 people were killed in 6 attacks in Iraq, and this was hardly covered in the media.The right and wrongs of the intervention in Iraq is a subject that divides, but for me it is a fundemental truth that every life is sacred, and that no loss of life is less terrible simply because it takes place outside of the States or Europe....

I love this, tho I should be offended I am not. I know us Americans are not all bad. I don't agree with the war's going on. But there is nothing we can do to stop any and all wars. I hope one day America and any other foreign n states stop wars and get along.
