to the boys who broke my heart

to the boys who broke my heart

A Poem by Heather

i have had many broken hearts
im sensitive
i know when to show it
i dont always want sympathy but when i do u'll definitly see it
thank you to all the guys who gave me the broken hearts
u have made me stronger mentally and emotionally
i luv the way i am and if u dont like it, i wont be able to unserstand what i ever saw in you
nobody, including you is perfect
that what makes each individual in this world unique
put yourself in that person just to see the courage they had to finally tell you how they felt
and this feeling is how weight has finally been lifted from your soulder
sure you mite be frightened to no what ur crush thinks
even if they dont like u back
theyre not the rite one for u
they clearly have different expectations which is fine but
also means out somewhere in the world, someone is looking to be your love
wait for that prince charming
until then have fun with oyur friends and who ake you happy
dont stik with people who bring you down and hurt you

Stay true to yourself getting your heart broken sucks but unfortunately its apart of life. I liked your phrasing and take me or leave me attitude

a realistic look at the feelings of a young person who has been too many times disappointed in "love"....the fact that you refer to them as "crushes" suggests that you have a sense that it wasn't so serious after all....don't harden too much, my dear. it will make you unapproachable and lonely. clever piece.

Like the poem, not happy with the spelling, but I know it now to be common.
