HEARTBEAT

A conversation between my Head and Heart.

Why did my heart beat?

            What was it supposed to do?

Why did my heart leap?

            The wind blew silly!

                        Geez! It leaped at the thought of you

Why did my eyes blink?

            You can shut it with glue, blockhead!

                        Common, her beauty is startling

Why does my heart trip?

            Cos, we are supposed to be

                        It better be

 

Why does my heart weep?

            It has enough waters to shed, dude!

                        LOL, it misses you

            Me?

                        Not you, I meant her

Why can’t my heart sleep?

            What a dumb head!! You die if it sleeps, silly!

Haba! Cos my mind is not at home,

It’s with you My Love �" the lady in glasses.
