Your incredibly selective wordings are the key to unlocking these pieces.
Inexpressible maybe, yet I got it. I think. I have read this lil guy 6 times.
Let me give a try.
So we begin in subtle expression, of the (folds over a city).
I'n is I an, or more closely: I, an senseless under: or scratch that, say I'n is I, in
Works nicer.
So, You combine the notion of I am, with being 'in' a position, or at least an owner, of the "senseless under," beneath the folds.
And the rock, so looking up above, in which the folds are over the city.
"compelled to remark.

Folds over a city"
Due to your position of submissive you are "compelled", a carefully chosen wording.
And now we are not as subtle in claiming the "folds over a city"

" --dress on a wounded heel-" - favorite line. And for me, this changed your entire meaning. Being I first mistook city for being a city. Now I find myself seeing the folds of a dress, so making the female a city of herself, with the heel so wounded from trouncing the rock, who covers a trapped man. The man of course feels compelled, what with being beneath the dresses folds, (hot action! lol) as well as the fact he was stamped into the ground.

Thats what I took it as.
Good lookin' and overly intricate.
Very much your style.
