A Poem by Hoyle Brannacht

Gesturous

--hanged a rose from your dress—

of intentions fine. And yet,

to bring a pincin’death

upon a rose

            --Spring unstress’d—

to map the smallest pats of air

with pens the palling wisps of hair

is somewhat never just

…fair.
