Posestinamo

Posestinamo

A Poem by Hoyle Brannacht

I once loved a girl named Sestina.

She told me,

“I love Arnaut Daniel, not you.”

Then, in the following order:

“You I not love Daniel, Arnaut.”

“Arnaut you Daniel, I love not.”

“Not Arnaut love you I Daniel.”

“Daniel, not I Arnaut you love.”

“Love Daniel, you not I Arnaut.”

I realized she was mad.

And I loved her more.
