Your name

Your name

A Poem by Howie

Raindrops pluck stiffened strings of the heart

Harping on about its old agonies

Its bloody beats sing my love melodies

Inspiring me to write works of fine art.

Time's ticking,raindrops turn to snowflakes

My hearts still playing the magic tune

Biting cold may freeze the beating heart soon

Yet your name would still make it shake.
