The Flesh EmpireA Poem by Howard BlackloveA man is abducted in his dream by unusual beings.Perplexed into nothingness as reality dissolves Cocooned in silence as the winter rain falls Towards the ocean my face suddenly cries As her deathly ripped sail reflects off my eyes Tall slimy slick and bland Alien wizards from a cosmic land disturbingly pale sun deprived fiends Have abducted my soul and raped my dreams Shackled unquestionably by my foe Beside eroded slaves in rhythm they row A fearful exhalation bleeds from my lip As I succumb to her womb, the dark God’s ship Infinite aeons of purple livid sky Bound for the Hell in my minds eye Off the edge of this Earth, into infinite space Into a their dark planet’s frigid embrace A tear soaked eye reaches a sun-less land And this wooden beast is tamed by the sand Slashed and dragged by malevolent clones To their decaying homes made of flesh and bones Dark lord my acquiescence sets free to thee Meals of human remains were force-fed to me The galactic priest has ended his search For pieces to complete his flesh made church Twisted and tangled I remain in the wall I'm nailed to other slaves, His church must be tall I suffer, bleed , break and grow quieter Within relentless torment in The Flesh Empire © 2014 Howard BlackloveAuthor's Note
