The Narrow WayA Poem by Relic
The dirt street was long,
with trees on either side; the clouds grey. I met a dog along the way, both of us wanderers acknowledging the other; him looking for food, me looking for who I am, waiting for the answer to materealize from the air and yet knowing, a walk through life is more than just "waiting for something or someone to show you the way." It's walking down the wrong roads, it's tripping, it's the struggles, but being able to see the flowers along the way while searching. In short, it's experience. I'm sure the dog knew that to, but he was as quiet as God. Funny though, I noticed his tail was wagging.
