Must it end this way?

So strange how everything has ended. How time has slowed down and pain been augmented. Must the future be seen so easily, whilst my torture be not? So strange how everything is hidden. Everything but lonliness, which I have grown so close to. Closer then my heart, for it was left behind long ago. So strange how everything is missing. How time has slowed down and nothing been found. Sounds of happiness still echo in my heart which lay behind me, with lonliness in its stead. Must the future be seen so easily, whilst the past be not? So strange how everything is gone. Everything but lonliness, which I have grown so close to. Closer than my heart. Until death do us part.
