Ignorance

Ignorance

A Poem by Chad
"

Fate has a funny way of working everything out. A blessing in disguise, one might say.

"

Time drags on so slowly. As the sun and moon race each other around the earth seeing who can lose first. They are both of them deceived. For as they cast not a glance upon the earth, I found my way to you. We framed our picture perfect love and found a shortcut to happiness. Oh, how our ignorace inebriated us and left us blindfolded to find each other in the darkness. Stumbling upon each other and cracking the frame that once held our picture perfect love. Racing to find happiness, seeing who could lose first. Oh, how our ignorance led us astray to search in vain for our once picture perfect love. Prepared to surrender to ignorance. Fate led my hands to another picture, and another frame. Oh, how our ignorance saved us.
