chapter Nine

  The next day, it was 9:30 pm, and I was headed to our gang's meeting place. I did'nt go to school that day, afraid that one of the gang members might see me. My mom was at home, watching TV, and drinking beer, as usual. I walked down the empty street, and listend to the nocturnal animals making noise. It was wierd. I had never noticed so many things before in my life. I noticed how dark it was, my only light was the light from the street lamps. I also noticed how the moon was so buetiful. It was a full moon, and it was mystical, and mysterious. But what really stood out, was the silence. It was so quiet, that the only noise I heard was the sound of my feet hitting the pavement. It was kinda creepy. I felt like at any moment, somebody was gonna jump out and scare the crap outta' me. It was wierd, because I had walked alone at night so many times before, and I was just noticing this now. I was kinda mad at myself. I did'nt know why, but I was just mad that I had never noticed it before. It pissed me off so much, that I kicked a trash can on the side of the rode. It fell over, and trach spilled everywhere. I was saprised at my sudden surge of anger. It was scary, how mood swings could accur so suddenly. I just stepped over the spilled trash, and kept walking. I was almost there. The meeting place was just  around the corner. I could hear the gang members talking, and laughing. I saw smoke rising in the air, and It was'nt the kind that comes from your breath when it's cold outside. I finally reached the meeting place, where the rest of the girls were waiting for me. "Where the hell were you?", said  Jesse, one of the older girls in our group. " I know, I know. I'm late, but does it really matter? It's only 10:05!" I said. " Yeah, but we said 10:00 sharp, did'nt we girls?", said Jesse. All the girls nodded. I rolled my eyes. "Anyhow, I've decided that tonight, all of us, including you Soyer, are gonna have some fun. So hurry up guys, stop slacking!" Jesse started leading the group away from the meeting spot. We walked over to a yard that must have had a dog, because it had dog crap scattered throughuot the yard. Jesse pulled out a small paper bag that just so happend to be in her pocket. She used a stick to push the dog crap into the bag. She closed the bag, and then walked up to the front step. We all stood there and watched. She put the bag on the front stepp in front of the door. Then she pulled out a lighter, and lit the bag on fire! Then she rang the door bell twice, and ran over to the bushes to hide. We all ran to the bushes too. We wached as a man answered the door. He took one look at the fire, nd started stomping on it. When he realised that he was stomping in poop, he cussed, then ran into the house. We all started laughing.

I reread this chapter several times, and found quite a few spelling errors.I'm sorry about all the type-os. I suck at spelling,and typing. But please judge me kindly. Arent I pathetic, reviewing myself! Well anyways, I would like every body to tell me their fave, character so far. I personally love them all the same, since I did come up with them myself.
