chapter four

  I woke up the next morning, and looked at the stolen watch on my wrist. It was 7:00. School started in 50 minutes. I had plenty of time. I wanted to go to school that day, because I needed to see Sophie again. I had to warn her about me. I had to tell her that I was bad for her reputation. That bad things happend to anyone who got involved with me. I did'nt want to hurt her. I was bad news. A monster. Sophie was'nt a monster. She was such a kind person. I felt bad for kind people. People like that always had to put up with people like me. They were always being used by people like me. I did'nt want to use Sophie. I did'nt want to get any lower then I already had.

 

   I walked to school that day by myself. It was another nice day. The kind that made you wanna step outside, and take a big wiff of fresh air. When I reached school grounds, I almost felt sad that I had to go indoors. I stepped inside the door that read, "ENTER". I marched down the hallways of the, "learning, building". I searched the locker bay until I saw the same, pigtails I had seen the day  before. It was Sophie, of coarse. She was wearing  a blue skirt, with a blue vest over a white, short sleeved, shirt. She had a blue bow in each pigtail. I could tell she was trying to stick to the theme. Something I would never do.
