An Ending No One Can Forget

An Ending No One Can Forget

A Poem by HorrorOfOurLove

This is like nothing I imagined .

Before it took every vein and cell

to make the decision and leave.

After every part of me stopped functioning the right way.

I feel nothing but the knots in my stomach and the neverending pounding in my head.

Im scared to death

but  gravity is forcing me to do this

im not broken or hopeless because ive made it before

and when the world is on your back,

dont rely on anyone to take it off.

Ive risked it all for you

and now its time to leave the writing to the writers

and praying to the priests and sinners.

They say everyone has it in them to change,

but only the strong can.

You were never strong.

Siri took the words right out of my mouth. That was the first thing that ran through my head when i was i finished. I find the way you arranged the verses really creative. It draws the reader in and makes them want to read it even more. Amazing write.
