War of Freedom

A poem about our war we are having now against the terrorist. They need to be stop.

Every day I always heard on what is going on with our world today.

It makes me sick of seeing terrorist destroying our army troops in Iraq.

Why can they just stop with this madness?

I say that all of us should stop with this war.

It’s making everyone sad by hearing their armies dying in Iraq.

Every day I heard them crying,

Let there be freedom in our world.

All of us should be in peace.

We shall all get together and stop this war.

We shall all pray for our troops fighting for our country.

We shall all fight for them for our freedom.

Come together and let’s hold hands as we match to stop this war.

By the time in our future some of us won’t be alive to see our love ones coming back after this war.

On this day we will be in peace for our war of freedom.

The hatred of war is an age old hate, and when you think of how we are at times duped into wars, it is very disturbing. There are those who would never lift a finger to fight even when they themselves are the target. Not that they are cowards, they refuse to fight. But someone does fight, and that leads to wars. Well penned.

Terrorist is where you are standing. When you have a force of 200,000 soldiers. You become the enemy. The men who free the people from Great Britain in 1776. Were consider terrorist. The men in India who chased out Great Britain in the 1940's were consider terrorist. Sometime you create enemy by being a busy body. We took the place of Great Britain. USA is a young country trying to change the ways of 5,000 years old countries. I was a Soldier. I went to the Middle east 5 times. They are good people with wisdom and great strength. Would you want me to come to your house and tell you how to live. You may become a terrorist to me. I pray for the Soldiers to come home. Middle east must fix their own problems. A very good read. You made me think.
