Gay people

A poem about gay people deserved to have some respect too.

Gay people have rights too,

Some say that god hates gay people.

Well they’re wrong.

Gay people can do whatever they want,

They  don’t need to be called a homo or a f*g.

All they want is peace,

Come together and lets hold hands.

Stop making them feel sad.

All they want is to be glad for each other.

Author's Note

I'm not gay either, but I know some of my friends are gay, bi or a lesbian. I just be their friend no matter who they are.

i love this poem and the meaning behind. i couldn't have said it any better myself. i think those people who say that God hates gay people are wrong. Because that is like them making decisions for God himself. I mean, how do we know he hates gays? How do we know that the Bible wasn't just gibberish that someone thought would be cool enough to right down random stuff and over the years, the meanings behind it got distorted? How do we know? We don't. So people need to stop judging other people. I mean, how can you hate someone for loving another person? I think if all of this judgmental crap would disappear, then MAYBE we could all unite and work on fixing the economy and making the world a better place.

Exactly. I agree with this peom 1000000000000 percent. I absolutely can NOT stand homophobic people, who make such a big deal out of people being gay or whatever! it's the persons choice to be whatever sexuality they want to be and they shouldn't have to be judged for simply being themself!
