If this is about being judged why do you refer to yourself as having evil eyes? It sounds like you're down on yourself, or judging yourself as evil before anyone else can. Using the word evil referring to yourself throws the reader off a bit. I do like this a lot ( don't get me wrong here), and reading your explanation below does help to see it the way you meant it to be.

This is Br00talz. Some people are simply intimidating. It doesn't matter how nice they are..they are just unapproachable for unknown reasons. It can be a downer. I like how you took the concept and put a creative spin on it. This is in a way..a hypothesis to explain the situation.

I think they are running from the evil eyes, that might be the reason. This was a good write, but saying you have evil eyes may not be the best way to convey your meaning. I believe I know what you are getting at though.
