I Hate You A Lot

I Hate You A Lot

A Poem by Thomas Snider
"

Something I made when I was kind of mad at a friend of mine. It's all good now, but I was really in the mood at the time. =

"

I hate you
I hate the way you push people down for yourself so you lose your own frown.
I hate how you use people and cut them to the ground.

You don’t see what it’s like to be me,
over here on this side of you.
I see you without a care for anyone but yourself,
hiding behind a fake sense of care.

You can’t see how I see you when s**t hit’s the fan,
you can’t understand what it’s like watching you run behind battlements of insult
and fire blame at others so you can take it off yourself.

You’re blind,
blind to the hurt you cast by turning head and speaking to others behind backs.

Is this your knife?
Do you want it back?
Having slashed my ideals?

I’ll give it to you gladly hoping the blood of another will make you understand how pathetic you really are.

No care
No maturity
No decency
No idea of how you say things without thinking about others and only about yourself.

Conspire with your allies to undermine me behind my back,
You ungrateful jerk.
For all the things I’ve sent down, the sacrifice of time and self I’ve made are repaid by a slap to the face,
a knife to the back, and the hate of more and more who are blinded by your lies!

I know you wont apologize,
and if you do,
it’s probably a lie.
Forget it I don’t care,
I apologize for being there.
