Tit for tatA Poem by Niall MaddenInconsiderate, They're barging in belligerent. The legions form a scarlet horde, Then in between the lines they soon bore. They look at walls of alabaster grace pure architectural masterpiece, "this brick is quite slanted" "the colour is all wrong" "the framework is poor" "in all honesty I have seen better, much better" You rapidly reply "I can try and improve but if I am honest there is no need to be ru..." but already they move with less than a whisper. To undermine and impoverish your literary library You rush to catch as the tears gush out, Before you bellow "why have you done this, tainted my work with words" within your kind eyes a galaxy of hurt, The flock turns round with a grimace not smile "you did it first. you did it first..." © 2015 Niall MaddenAuthor's Note
