A random poem

Hollow feeling

Empty inside

Night falls

Bringing only sorrow

Without a reason

Death is here

Seeking comfort

From the voices inside

Spiraling down

No way to cope

Seeing the ghosts

Of those who don't care

Blood splattering

Over the stones

And finally I feel

Nothing

I rarely like poems which don't rhyme, but you've just shown me that poems don't need rhyme to be beautiful. Not a word to waste and each has its place and is very powerful. Thanks for sharing this poem with us!

I think this is a very fast paced and adrenaline fueled poem , so well constructed the verses flow into each other. I love how Nothing is on it's own at the end, it's very powerful and puts an impact on the rest of the poem. Brilliant x
