Lovers

When at first we met each other

We were trekking toward the peak

With love and expectations

We trod the path, we trod the path.

Then we came to live together

And were diving deep down the sea

We met coral reefs and pack of sharks

And had friends- the dear dolphins.

Now we both are well read books

The pages are little yellowish

The books are breathing in book-shelf

Waiting to be touched and re-read.
