fairytales

fairytales

A Poem by Hope Wilson

Cinderella and snow white,

Tales of sorrow and love.

Eating Dinner by candle light,

and singing for the doves.

sometimes we forget Fairytales arent real,

and sometimes we forget we arent made of steal.

Our hearts are valnerable and our love is true,

but a fairytale aint a fairytale unless im with you.

days go by and nights fly fast,

sad until i see you at last,

You keep me up when I should fall asleep

And when we touch I can't hear one peep

sometimes we forget Fairytales arent real,

and sometimes we forget we arent made of steal.

Our hearts are valnerable and our love is true,

but a fairytale aint a fairytale unless im with you.

dancing through the night and singing our song.

staring in your eyes as you sing along.

forgetting fairytales are fictional,

cause when im in your arms its magical.

sometimes we forget Fairytales arent real,

and sometimes we forget we arent made of steal.

Our hearts are valnerable and our love is true,

but a fairytale aint a fairytale unless im with you.

oh a fairy tale aint a fairytale unless im with you

I still believe in fairytales and puppy dog tails. I'm waiting for mine to come true, with my glass shoes on. Beautiful write!
