WallflowerA Poem by Sarah FlaniganSomehow, I manage to always slip into the background. Everywhere I go, become part of the scenery. This allows me to just sit back and observe all of those hundreds of other people who are going through the human experience. I've seen first steps and last steps. I've seen moments of uncontainable joy and inconsolable sorrow. I've seen relationships end and begin. And they never even knew I was there.
