Destiny Isle Part 4

"The ancient ones of worlds time and change,only thee could speak with it and be unharmed"The Shaman said to me."You are a key to a new world,a world for better,soon to happen Bianca"Isabella said to me."Now tell me,dear girl.you bear the mark,what did the dragon speak of?"The Shaman asked while brushing my messy bangs from my forehead to reveal two triangle marks with a diamond mark between them.

 

I felt a sense of difference in myself,I closed my eyes and saw the images shown ti me by the dragon."The dragon showed me....itself allied with other dragons about to do something...I don't think i am who i'm supposed to be...it said things were just begining..."i trailed off sounding more to a whisper.The Shaman asked"How does it start?what do we do?"I couldn't take all this happening,why can't things keep normal?I lost feeling for my legs and fell to the ground,everything going blank.

 

I woke up,it was night time,i could see the stars through the window,i'k still on Coral Village.I lay there the heard Takoda's voice,sounding distant like he was talking to someone.I walked out and the floor was chillingly cold,i was barefoot,i guess i forgot to put socks and shoes on in the morning.

 

I walked over to Takoda kneeling on an edge near the water"Takoda"i said faintly.He turned around and i saw his eyes were red,he had a stern expression,Takoda was crying?I also saw he was talking to Felicia,the village mermaid,she only speaks to him,so i wondered if thats his girlfriend.

 

I knelt next to Takoda,Felicia already swam away underwater.I put my hand on Takoda's shoulder"Are you okay?hat happened?Did you carry me?I'm awful sorry"I said. Though i never realized how much taller Takoda was than me,his skin dark as wet sand at midnight,how he had tone muscles,i was surprised by how he looked.

 

"I shouldn't have gotten you so near"he snapped"For all i know you could've gotten killed and it would've been all my fault"Takoda said looking away from me."I'm sorry i made you worry that much...but i'm okay now"i barely finished saying when he kissed me.I was so un prepared and unaware,i pushed him back,stood up,waving my hands frantically in front of me"We've been friends since we were little!I thought you and Felicia were together!why?WHY?!"i yelled as i kept pushing him until he ended up falling in the water."Gya!oops!Takoda?"i asked.He popped up and started laughing but he just clung to the edge not caring to get out of the freezing water.

 

Little did i know that kiss wasn't a joke but for the sake of me he acted like it was.Soon he'll change in his own way for me,as this new journey for me begins.
