Growing in the midst of evil, yet waxing bright, causing wonder on everyone. it's God's grace you are alive.

Amazing Rose.

She was a rose

 In the hands of those

Who had no intention

Of keeping her close

 

Slowly, she wiped her watery nose,

Held her blouse strong and went on,

Don’t stop, her soul sang on,

All that glitters is not gold

 

She banged the road,

 On her head she carried no load,

 In her hand she held a red rope,

 She strived and survived by hope

 

This is the story she told,

Tears running down as she spoke,

Telling of her past in despair,

The pain could not just disappear

 

She was that rose

 In the hands of those

Who had no intention

Of keeping her close.

fighting for purity these days is not easy...the road is paved with bad intentions...and we can only hope to find that very thin single lane of good, and stay on the path...roses will eventually wilt on their own...they don't need help.
