Deaf and blind
I feel In my mind When I look upon that face Beauty defined Sexy refined Memories restored Vitality reborn As I stare at the frame The picture of you tired and true With beaming eyes and a wider smile I remember your laugh I hear it still as I stare Not much to do Just me and this brew Sitting here pondering about you Where are you? Where have been? Is this a sin? Hit by a car You are now just a star To keep the angels smiling But here I wait As if you'll come home late Sadly, this isn't your fate it is mine © 2013 Michael Hof |
