Take a sip of that cup.
Watchout, monster monster.
You never figured, but that monster
Would actually go like: "S'up."
Swallow it up.
Tear up that poster.
It's time you've moved on.
Because my job here is done.
Pull yourself outta that hole.
Stop hiding like a mole.
I've got the word "Regret." scraped in my skin.
I hopelessly stood still carrying that sin.
I've built all that upon myself.
I was supposed to break that shelf.
Life's not worth not one frown.
Flashes, I recall.
Make me drown.
I can see, it's my turn to fall.

I've messed this up, but I think a part of it is worth reading.

I think it's totally cool, i especially like these lines,:Take a sip of that cup.
Watchout, monster monster.
You never figured, but that monster
Would actually go like: "S'up."

We never know what goes on in people's heads....

I don't think you messed up at all, this is quite good. Your poetry if very fresh and unlike most poetry that I have read. I love the bite of anger in this piece and how it ended with a twinge of sadness. Once again, bravo on the rhyming, a very nice flow of words. Thank you.

I"ve got the word "regret" scraped in my skin - there is a whole poem captured in that line....
Nicely penned

You have obviously started writing this on a slight smudge of random inspiration. And turning a speck of randomness into something is what creative people do. A Dark and Regret sweet-bitter combination. Keep it up.

Flashes, I recall.
Make me drown.
I can see, it's my turn to fall.

My favourite lines.
