Island dreams

Island dreams

A Poem by Hiroshi Masters

Island dreams

Life can be boring
I'm stranded in the sea
No one here on my side,
Lonely and destitute

Without food and water
Wasted my time for answers
All night hunting fish,
I'm stuck in a disaster

The waves swept me away,
I fall into the deep blue sea
I hold on my broken boat
Holding on tight all day,

All I have is nothing with me
No one will save me,
I saw her in an island
It's been thousand of miles

She's isolated in a shore
Waving and smiling at me
I swim into the ocean,
To my island of dreams

Her smiles are beautiful
She's like a perfect melody
She was stuck in my head
I'm swimming to see her

I know we're meant to be,
Because we're perfect
Treasures worth than golds
Baby you are my doll

I will come and see,
My island of dreams!
