MoonshineA Poem by StardustMy mate Moonshine loves when I play guitar for her. This is how I'll repay her for listening whenever I'm feeling alone. As your flaky eyelashes flutter, Moonshine,
The moon you gaze at begins to dance. Your eyes shimmer and your beating heart paints a line, Creating a message that puts me in a trance. From your ruby lips, words spill and I heed, "Love comes as easy as a new craving, But grows into something like a need. No longer fall in love and begin misbehaving." As your scarlet heart pounds faster, Moonshine, The sky you gaze at begins to smile. Your fingers tingle and our minds intertwine, "I was always sure this was worthwhile." © 2010 StardustAuthor's Note
