Not Doing Much

Not Doing Much

A Poem by Hinoglue
"

A pot of gold...

"

A large pot of gold,
Sits untouched,
Just laying there,
Not doing much

It shines in the sun,
And sparkles as such,

Just laying there,
Not doing much

So alone,
Like a rabbit in a hutch,
Just laying there,

Not doing much

I shall steal that pot of gold! Reminds me of leprechauns. I love fairies! Makes me smile :)

Cute! very refreshing in style and subject, sorta makes me think of Leprechauns. while most poems seems to try to force some massage or emotion on the reader, I liked how using simple words and repeating sentences you created a thread of a thought which can lead anywhere =)
