Pain from the Day Before

Pain from the Day Before

A Poem by Hiddenvoice0904

Dearest agony why are you all the burdens I bare?

All the suffering, anguish, and tormenting weights I carry,

On this breaking back of a heart that I own.

Will a little of my sorrows slowly slip away,

From the hands that have caused self-inflicted wounds

On the arms that bare every one of these stresses

That are now covered by the sleeves

Of the clothes I have bought to hide my self-being.z
