Black

Black

A Poem by Hidden_identity

The color of being alone

A feeling that's shown

The black hole of sins

that sucks you right in

The color of a beetle

The whistling kettle

The color of ink

The very opposite of pink

The color of poison

The mistakes that are chosen

Spaces that are empty

Forgotten dreams lost at sea

Why does black

mean bad?

Most things you think of

When you think of black

are negative.

Poor, poor color black

Thought I'd stop by and check out your work. I really like this about black. I love black and wear it nearly every day (except not in this pic!) It gets a bad rap too often. But always will be my personal favorite. Good work!
