A Little Girl

A little girl is crying in the distance

Nobody knows why

She it sitting alone

Saying good-bye

 

A little girl is all alone

In a dark, depressed place

There is no happiness

Not even a trace

 

A little girl is so sad

Her mind drifting away

Apart from everybody else

Feeling like a stray

 

A little girl is in a cold, dark corner

Tear by tear dropping to the floor

Wishing it would end

Wishing ther was no more
