A short narrative about how much decision making scares many

Sometimes the mind is a prison. A prison filled with thoughts and feelings you cannot control. These thoughts and feelings lead to actions that you may regret, or you may look back on it as the best decision you have ever made. I feel like the hardest decision humans can be faced with is walking away or staying. Walking away from love from friendships from a job from major things in your life. Your heart breaks even if you are doing what's right for you or someone you care about. Making that decision changes your life. When you walk away from certain things or people it changes you and change is scary. Through the change whether it is destructive or constructive you just have to keep holding on knowing that someone loves you and that there is always a reason to live even if you don't see it.
