Cherish This Day

From the same exact day in 2002 when I wrote "The Dive," this shows a more complex style.

Silver silhouette
Upon the sea
Your moonlit finger
Beckons to me

We stretch our bodies
Under the stars
Everything in this world
Is willingly ours

Harmonic resonance
Of celestial spheres
A gentle hum
To attentive ears

Cherish this day
On the sandy bay
And pull me close
In your loving way
