Two for OneA Poem by Henry ClemmonsRose scented candles
wait for
a flicker
of flame.
In stillness
of silent readiness
they smell
like roses
slouching in dark. _____ Cobwebbed chambers,
indolent heart,
linger for impulse,
rots
loitering for life
that left the building.
