I held a steady gaze up at the moon, it was orange, which could only mean one thing. The harvest and preparations for the winter months would soon arrive. I only had two moons about, to find a bride. My gaze broke from the moon to the darkened corridor to the left when I heard heavy footsteps coming my way. A slender silhouette appeared. I strain my eyes to see clearly and then the once shadowy figure is now my brother, Regulas. He clears his voice and steps out into the moonlight. "Can't sleep?"he asks. "It's the full moon, that's all", I assure him. Regulas nods his head he is too smart to believe that of course, but he doesn't argue. "You know," He begins, "theirs going to be a festival held for harvest this year." "I know," I answer "Mom's idea you know how she always says we never do anything as a kingdom," He said. I nod my head in agreement. He starts again, "I heard some talk around the castle that it's going to be a pretty big deal, maybe you could find a girl." "Yeah, maybe" I whisper
There was a long silence between us for a while, and I look sleepily at the ground.
" I'm beat," I say, " I think I'm going to try to catch some sleep."
He nods," Me too, goodnight Archuras."
"Goodnight, I reply and head towards the stairwell
