A Poem by Andre Peterson

How can I have no words?
To try to talk for hours would be meaningless.
I rather document the date and time.
The feeling and passion.
Time after time.
You'll understand one day.
You'll have it all.
But only to see the messages I left behind.
The only thing Ill let you have is the moments I let you see.
Rather they be beautiful or ugly.
Enchanted or divine.
Its all I have to give to you at this point.
Just take it in you're own way.
Try to understand what I see.
You just have to give it a chance.
There's no shame in believing in me.
Because in this mess we made I still believe in you.
You can't shut your eyes forever.
My dream is for your dreams to be a thing you've accomplished.
Prove me wrong for once.
Please, please, please prove me wrong.
There is no room for judgement.
There is no room for pity.
Keep your chin up and your eyes a glow.
Don't paint me black quite yet.
Who knows what I am talking about?
What do I know?
