Spring's Grace

Spring's Grace

A Poem by Helen Crutchett

SPRING'S GRACE

Clothe me in that sweet mellow sunrise

Seeking the beauty of the day

I dance beneath

Rose petals and leafy green bowers

Savouring the perfume of

Apple blossom

As spring’s call spills a carpet

Kaledescope of vibrant colours

I bow in reverence to the earth

And nature’s nuances

Beautiful piece :)

I smelled it in the cool winter air this morning, and felt the sun warming my
coat sleeve as only the springtime inure rays can put into practice. It's coming!
Springtime is coming and this poem only lights the way....dana

The spring in the heart is awakened.
It will continue to sing and never end.
The lovely piece with apple blossom
Will be kept in passion on my bosom.

Beautiful! How lovely to see the look of Spring gracing these 'pages', Helena .. we need to be reminded how wonderful that season is in the UK Winter, that's for sure.. and elsewhere wintry on our planet, of course. Your words are so finely phrased, as always they are, dear lady .. 'Clothe me in that sweet mellow sunrise' ,, that will purr me to sleep, thank you so very much. xx
