Everything I WantA Poem by JustonesentanceThere is a quote that says that if marriage were a book, the first page would be poetry and the rest would be prose. The following poem is from that page.I want to see you in the morning, to tell you how pretty you look. I want to make you breakfast in bed, so you don’t have to cook. I want to find your biggest fear, and help you conquer it. I want to be silent and content, and for us to just sit. I want to know your favourite joke, and tell you a thousand more. I want to look up at the stars, lying down on forest floor. I want you to know I’m there, will never leave your heart. I want be there at the end, although I wasn’t at the start.
