Smoochy & Heather

Smoochy & Heather

A Poem by Heather
"

A poem that was written to me by someone by the name that started with an A. I forgot his last name but this is one of the poems he had written to me last year. I thought I would share it. Enjoy.

"
Monday I meet Smoochy and he says:
Give me a sky of symphonic birds and I
shall silence it, preferring to listen her warm heartbeats.
Offer me a stream of mellifluous flowers and I
shall drown it, preferring to admire her colorful smile.

Tuesday I meet Smoochy and he says:
Present me a basket of crimson moons and I
shall ignore it, preferring to taste her perfect purity.
Give me a piano with golden keys and I
shall crush it, preferring to feel her melodious words.

Wednesday I meet Smoochy and he says:
Give me a plate of bright rainbows and I
shall run away, preferring to swirl down her soft curls.
How many white roses are there in the world?
Let them all shield and honor her as she
wakes up every holy morning. Heather is
a sublime woman; I am a mad poor frog.

Thursday no Smoochy.

Friday I meet Smoochy and he says:
Just offer me a castle of seductive mermaids and I
shall escape, preferring to dream of her, of her love.

I do not meet Smoochy afterwards.
Where is he?
Is he in your arms Heather?
