The demon's entry

The demon's entry

A Poem by WindsorWolf28
"

It's from a character of mine. A journal entry of one of my characters. She is not an actual demon. She has red eyes, and her parents always told her she was a demon. The poem describes a nightmare.

"
Attack after attack
You'd better watch your back

Slash after slash
What a gruesome aftermath

No remorse
I shall enforce

A slice here
A cut there

My hands...
Are stained red.

I drop the sword and back away
But I hear you...
Laughing behind me.

-----------------------------------------
Dear journal,
The nightmares keep following me, no matter how far away I get.
Help...
Me...
PLEASE!!

~The demon,
Shiya

Nice description of a nightmare. I don't get nightmares anymore. Work steal my dreams. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.

It sounds as a relentless demon that needs to stand under and understand their place is hell and not above ground.
