Didn't come here to fall in love.

Didn't come here to fall in love.

A Poem by WindsorWolf28

I didn't come here to fall in love,
and now I've already said I've had enough.

And your the only one,
Pretending not to notice,
As I walk out the door,
Like we've been through this before.

Oh,
But babe,
If your tryin' to even the score,
I don't know what your lookin' for.

But,
Just know,
You've been my life.

You taught me how to love,
You fixed my broken heart.

Oh

Thought maybe you'd be the start of something new.

Just thinking of you makes my heart beat,
My legs weak.

Oh,
I didn't come here to fall in love,
I'd already had enough.
But I fell in love with you,
Learned to accept what you do.

So,
I'm gonna ask you this once,
Don't make me beg.
Please don't let me walk out this door.
