I won't forget you, my friend

I won't forget you, my friend

A Poem by WindsorWolf28
"

She misses him

"
I will not forget
How we laughed that day,
Shoulder to shoulder,
As the wind made our hair sway.

I will not forget
The little nudges and pokes
That occurred
For all of our jokes.

I will not forget
How you healed me
When we were enemies at
War,
When you should've killed me,
Raised your score.

But most of all,
I will never forget you.

At first its a bit... I don't know the english word XD "cliche"? But the third little paragraph of stanzas changes the tone completely. It makes me wonder a bit why they were forced to be enemies. I think of war, but this is most likely a mental war, a critical change during teen hood (if thats even a word lol). Makes the poetry much better, thanks for entering^^)
