Lost Love Sonnet

Lost Love Sonnet

Frigging heartbreak. I felt like writing a sonnet about heartbreak.

Lost Love Sonnet

I loved everything about you, I did

Holding your hand just made me so happy

With you, about my love, I did not kid

I thought you'd never end up without me

I had stayed with you, no doubt in my mind

We would stay together for a long time

Thought this was the only love of it's kind

This would never get as sour as a lime

Soon after, this took a turn for the worse

Not knowing what pain is until right now

My heart was riding away in a hearse

It's dead and broken, took it's final bow

But now it seems I have learned my lesson

Don't think I'll ever mess with love again

Jester
Feel free to correct anything but the heartbeat-like rhythm, seeing as I haven't gotten that down yet.
